Steve Krakauer of TVNewser reports Monday that Bloomberg TV anchor Brian Sullivan has left for a position at Fox Business Network.
Krakauer reports, “A source with knowledge of the situation tells TVNewser that the split was amicable, and that Sullivan is leaving to pursue, ‘a new challenge.’
“Sullivan last appeared on Bloomberg on Friday afternoon. He had been with the channel for 11 years.”

Sullivan was the television anchor for Bloomberg’s ‘Morning Call.’ He joined Bloomberg as a writer and editor, and began reporting on-air for Bloomberg Television live from both the Nasdaq and the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. He became part of Bloomberg’s ‘Morning Call’ team in 2002 as stocks editor and moved on to his anchor position, where he also conducted interviews with business and political leaders.
He previously traded chemical commodities for Mitsubishi International in New York City. Sullivan graduated from Virginia Tech and the Brooklyn Law School, and earned a certificate in journalism from New York University School of Continuing Education.
